Review an Exposition Text
Hello! My name is Elviana. Know I want to review an exposition text entitled Flood in Bale Endah. before I review the text I want to ask you. what is you first impression if we talk about Bale Endah ? if you think about flood you same as me.
Bale Endah is a Village in Bandung District and almost all people in Bandung know if there are a rainy seasons is very usual if Bale Endah get a flood. It happens because the sewage and canal system is blocked by plastic wasted from the community around Bandung and this wasted block Citarum river and make it overflowing and Because it often occur all the community and citizen become uncaring and just assume that is normal.
This flood make many damage and harmful like a public infrastructure , school,and many office and it disrupt economic, education and many activities of Bale Endah people. The people and the community in Bale Endah always blame Government as responsible.
If we talk about who has responsibility of this phenomena. we talk about All community in Bandung not just a government because if we care about our environment especially river because if we don't littering. maybe the Citarum river not overflowing and Bale Endah not flooded again.
