Aspiration Day

     Hello everyone now I want to tell you about one event in SMA Negeri 3 Bandung called Aspiday it's a abbreviation of Aspiration Day. It was a series of event wich held by PK or "Perwakilan Kelas". It held on Friday 26th of April 2019 (the festival) and Kilas wich will be held on May 2019. 

     
     The festival present a Talk show from an important person and there is a special performance from indie band called amigdala. There are two lesson discussed the first about how to communicate the aspiration and the second about the leadership.
     The first Talk show talk about the way we communicated the aspiration delivered by Mrs. Keri lestari she is a vice rector from Padjajaran University. This is the point of her talk show. If we want to aspire we should know to whom we communicate, and then we should explain the fact and based on data , after that we should think twice and review about the aspiration make it sure that is should be communicated and it is very important, you should communicate it together so it will be heard and better than just alone, and the ;last you should polite wen you say it use good language and the good tone. 
    The second Talk show talk about the leadership. leadership is the ability to influence other person for reach certain goal. So to be a leader we should have the leader character such as the leader must have knowledge because we can't influence other people if we aren't  know the goal or the way to reach the goal. and the leader must have a tolerance because we can receive other opinion and critics in a good way, and when we are the leader don't be easy to be stress if we are stress it is harder to solve a problem than when we were calm.
   And in the last event there are some performance from extracurricular such as band three and three classical music and indie band amigdala
